"We have been with State Farm for nearly 30 years. Ken Brudos specifically. Our family went through a season when our kids became reckless teens and we lost our Auto coverage. Years later Marrissa Birk gets a hold of us. We still carried Homeowners Insurance, but now we have to visit Auto and Motorcycle again. I was thrilled and currently with GEICO, who I felt was heavy in their charges, but we have to have full coverage, so we did what we had to do. I promise you, you will be shocked by the savings. I had no idea the savings would be so large. Our monthly payments have taken a significant turn that left me speechless. Caled State Farm claims, the representative calmed me down and calmly explained what they were going to do and set up the rental car arrangements. Great job! Called the Ken Brudos local State Farm Agent's office. Spoke with Lynne Cheney about extending my rental car return date She spoke directly with State Farm claims and assured me I did not need to worry, I am covered until a few days after the expected repair completion date. I had this insurance company for over 40 years and they canceled my home owners policy because I opened claims for hail damage in past years, which they never paid out. I have hail damage to my roof and during these storms everyone around my neighborhood got there new roofs except for me. I have had several roofing companies out here to look at the damage, and everyone of them said YES it is hail damage. I had to look everywhere for someone to insure our house it was very difficult because State Farm black ball us on our credit history. State Farm is so quick to take your money as long as you don't file any claims. I finally found insurance for my home and, so I was so quick to cancel my auto insurance policy with State Farm! I do not recommend anyone using State Farm for insurance. Unhappy ex customer."
