"I've been with Ken Brudos for 25+ years. At first they were great. Lately, not so much. It should not be hard to take a dead person off my policies, but yet, it was. Lately, I needed a windshield in my car. I was on the phone for 46 minutes trying to get it covered ... at least 20 of those minutes I was on hold. I finally had the windshield covered, but it was way more difficult than it needed to be. I have had a few good experiences with this agency, so they get a star for that."
